Authorized access
SmartBidders is intended only for users and organizations that have been explicitly granted an account. Users must not share their SmartBidders credentials, MFA codes or access to managed auction sessions.
Bidding responsibility
Every pre-bid and live bid remains the action and responsibility of the user who confirms it. SmartBidders records and supports the process but does not guarantee bid acceptance, winning, the final price, vehicle condition or the seller's decision.
Auction-site rules
Users must follow the rules of each auction site and the restrictions of the assigned account. Attempts to extract shared credentials, bypass permissions, disable controls to conceal actions or access another user's data are prohibited.
Audit and communication
Actions on supported sites may be recorded and reviewed by authorized managers and administrators. Communications about reservations, vehicles and documents may remain in the business history.
Availability
External auction sites may change their interfaces, links, rules and access without notice. SmartBidders may perform non-transactional compatibility checks and may temporarily restrict a function or account for security, maintenance or compliance. Compatibility checks do not place bids or modify Watch or reservation state.
Independent product
SmartBidders is an independent tool and is not an official product, representative or endorsement of IAA, IAAI, Copart or another supported auction site unless expressly agreed otherwise.
